Right of Withdrawal
For standard products, including sale items, you may notify us within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to return it, without giving a reason. Send the goods back within 14 days after your notice. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you change your mind or order the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. International shipping is a significant part of our costs, and we appreciate your understanding. For faulty, incorrect or transit-damaged goods, we cover necessary return shipping costs or arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your applicable rights.
We issue refunds to the original payment method without undue delay. Our processing target is 3–5 business days after we receive the returned goods or valid evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any earlier legal deadline takes priority over this target.
For EU withdrawal requests, refunds are due within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We then refund without undue delay; this does not start a new 14-day period.
For UK withdrawal requests where we have not offered to collect the goods, refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after we receive the goods or, if earlier, evidence of return. Where we have offered to collect the goods, the deadline is 14 calendar days after your cancellation notice.
